Step through the historic sandstone and stain glass façade, into the stylish and modern Italian restaurant. Situated in the old English, Scottish and Australian Chartered Bank building that was designed by architect William Wilkinson Wardell and built in 1886.

Tour our private dining room, situated on the third level, which is ideal for any function. The dining room adjoins our cocktail bar, lounge area and balcony which overlooks our quaint courtyard. The dining room, with its polished floors, open marble fireplaces and striking gothic windows seats up to 60 guests and your cocktail functions, up to 120 guests.

Amo Roma is perfect for the small - medium budget function. Our Canapé menus at $35 per person include such delights as marinated smoked salmon on white canapés, spinach filo parcels, roast beef canapés and mini garlic and herb pizzas. Our famous Pizza/ Pasta four course menu at $45 per person has a variety of breads, pizza, pasta, salad and dessert. For a more formal occasion we also have two or three course menus to satisfy everyone's tastes and appetites.

We are a fully licensed establishment and have an extensive range of fine alcohol on offer. Whether you have an open bar tab or choose one of our beverage packages, I'm sure everyone will be raising their glasses with happiness and cheer.
